The School of Chemical and Biomolecular Engineering at the University of Sydney attracts some of the best students and researchers from around the world and generates some of the most innovative research in the country.  Academics in the school have developed leading technologies in food processing, such as efficient drying technologies and food vitamin production, crystallization, and process control, among others.
